Final Thoughts
✦ In this project, I've found it very difficult to survey employers. I tried various methods to get them to answer the survey, such as email, social media, previous work places, family, and friends. However, the most effective way was to send employers requests directly via WhatsApp or to their businesses in person.
✦ I've also learned that every design process is dynamic and needs to adjust according to user needs rather than gut feelings. In some cases, only user testing can determine the final UX design. This project is in the development stage, so we haven't started user testing yet, which means some UX designs haven't been finished.
✦ It has been an educational experience, and I can't wait until the development stage is finished to start user testing.
